Add the height and width to get the united inches (UI). For example, 30 inches (height) + 20 inches (width) = 50 UI.

NOT HAPPY.... should of kept the Chinese piece shit. It was better made for 1/4 the cost. To start the 45° cut ends weren't de-burr and not repainted. I didn't catch that before I cut the shit out of my hand!!! Plus the BS screen rod setup is junk! Everytime you close or open, it falls apart. Those little clips don't do shit! This was not even close to be worth $850.00 I waited 4 weeks for this junk. Thanks for ripping me of $850 and cutting the shit out of my hand. You charge more for size, because your standard size is smaller than average openings, so you can charge more. You charge for the screens and draft control that all others include in their products. NEVER AGIAN.

I mostly want to compliment this company on their phone customer service. They answer the phone in person and the rep was so knowledgable and so helpful. It was a unique experience in this day and age! Delivery was faster then expected! We really like our screen, it was a low price option, and that does show, but it is fine! It does everything we want it to do and looks great. Unfortunately, it was a bit damaged in shipping but we recieved it right before the holidays and didn't unbox it until a little while ago. It appeared it had been dropped on one corner which slightly bent the bottom of the frame in and slid the doors to one side. It felt too late to mention it to the company and we were able to mostly bend it back into shape and readjust the doors. But, maybe something for the company to be aware of.
