The Fire Magic Echelon Black Diamond Power Burner is the largest, most powerful side cooker Fire Magic offers, purpose-built for searing, boiling stock pots, deep-frying turkeys, simmering sauces and stir-frying in a wok. Dual independently controlled ring burners deliver up to 60,000 BTUs, while the Heat Concentrating Flame Collimator focuses the flame for high-intensity tasks no standard side burner can handle.
Finished in striking Black Diamond porcelain to complement Fire Magic's Echelon Black Diamond outdoor kitchens, it features back-lit control knobs, a removable lid to protect the unit when not in use, and rugged construction designed for a lifetime of outdoor cooking. Built in the USA.
