The Echelon Diamond Single Side Burner delivers a powerful 15,000 BTU solid brass burner for sauces, side dishes, boils, and sears - all controlled independently with the signature back-lit knobs and elegant stainless steel facing that define the Echelon Diamond line.
Built entirely from heavy-gauge stainless steel, this built-in side burner includes a protective stainless steel lid that locks out moisture and shields the burner from the elements. Reliable hot surface ignition lights quickly every time. It connects directly to a Fire Magic Echelon Diamond grill or can be wired independently with a separate power supply box (sold separately).
