Overview
The Fire Magic Echelon Diamond Power Burner is the ultimate built-in side cooker, delivering up to 60,000 BTUs of concentrated power for stock pots, woks, deep frying, sauces and rapid boils that a standard grill burner simply cannot match. Two independently controlled ring burners give you precise command of the heat, while a 10-inch Heat Concentrating Flame Collimator focuses output into the center of the cooking surface for true high-temperature performance.
Crafted from premium 304 stainless steel, this propane (LP) power burner integrates seamlessly into an Echelon Diamond outdoor kitchen. Back-lit safety control knobs and solid-state electronic ignition deliver effortless, reliable lighting, and a removable stainless steel lid protects the burner when not in use. Please note: the cooking grid is not included with this model (19-4B0P-0) and may be ordered separately in stainless steel or porcelain cast iron.
