Cabot is built on the Design Specialties Aspect platform — a slim 1-inch extruded aluminum frame drawn through a die and welded at mitered corners to your exact opening. Available in 7/8" overlap or inside fit, recessed 3/8" into the firebox face for a near-frameless sightline that lets the fire be the visual element. 11 powder-coat finishes or anodized upgrade. Lead time: 2 weeks after Expert Fit Review — one of the fastest custom doors in the DS catalog.

Cabot uses a 7/8" overlap mount — 3 simple steps. Confirm your fireplace opening is square before starting; the narrow overlap won’t hide chipped brick or wavy mortar.
