Verify your measurements with us before production, and the fit is guaranteed: if a door built to the dimensions we confirmed together doesn't fit your opening, we remake it on us. Verification takes a few minutes, and there are two easy ways:

What we review on every order — verified or not
Every custom order is still looked over by a human specialist before production. From your fireplace photo we confirm the things a photo can tell us:
- whether your fireplace is masonry or prefab (it decides which doors are safe to install),
- whether an inside fit or overlap fit will work for your opening,
- whether the model you chose suits your fireplace — lintel bars, hearth, clearances, and other red flags we've learned to spot across thousands of fireplaces.
