Overview

Make the grill the centerpiece of your outdoor island. The 36-inch AOG T Series pairs stainless steel cooking grids with easy-to-read controls, with ignition that needs no batteries or electrical outlet.

Made for your outdoor kitchen

  • Diamond Sear cooking grids and tubular burners are made from 304 stainless steel.
  • Vaporizer panels distribute heat beneath the cooking surface.
  • A spring-assisted hood makes opening and closing the grill easier.
  • Flame Thrower piezo ignition lights the burners from the control knobs.

What’s included

Grill head, protective vinyl cover and manufacturer-supplied gas conversion kit. The island, insulating liner and optional color accent panels are separate.

Choose your gas type

Choose the factory gas configuration that matches your supply. Have your installer confirm natural gas or propane and the connection requirements before ordering.

Plan your installation

For a noncombustible enclosure, allow an opening 36.75 inches wide × 19.5 inches deep × 8.5 inches high. These are opening dimensions, not the overall grill size. A compatible insulating liner, where required, needs its own larger opening. Confirm ventilation, overhangs, clearances and connections in the installation manual before construction.

FAQ · What buyers ask

Frequently asked questions

Will fireplace doors save energy?

Yes. When closed during periods the fireplace is not in use, glass doors seal the firebox opening — preventing warm indoor air from escaping up the chimney and blocking cold drafts from entering. This is one of the most common reasons buyers add doors to a masonry fireplace, where an open damper can lose hundreds of cubic feet of conditioned air per minute.

Can I close the doors while a fire is burning?

It depends on the door type. Most masonry-fireplace doors with tempered or ceramic glass are designed to be operated open while a wood fire burns at full intensity, then closed once the fire has burned down to embers. Always check the manufacturer's instructions for your specific model. Doors with mesh curtains can stay closed during active fires — the mesh blocks sparks while letting heat radiate through.

How do I measure for fireplace doors?

Measure the firebox opening at three points each direction (top, middle, bottom for width; left, center, right for height) and use the smallest measurement. For overlap-fit doors, add room for the frame overlap (typically +2" width / +1" height). For inside-fit, subtract clearance (-1" width / -½" height). Every custom order ships through our free Expert Fit Review — we verify your measurements before production.

What's the warranty on EF fireplace doors?

All doors carry a 5-year warranty against frame defects. The powder-coat finish is warranted against chipping and fading for 5 years. Glass and mesh are warranted against defects for 1 year. Damage in transit is fully covered — file a claim within 48 hours of delivery.

Do you offer free shipping and returns?

Free freight shipping on all orders within the contiguous US. Custom-made doors are non-returnable because every order is verified through Expert Fit Review before production — no measurement risk on your end. Quick-Ship inventory items have a 30-day return window on unused, uninstalled units.
