The gas side delivers 50,000 BTUs across cast 304 stainless steel burners and includes a 13,000 BTU backburner with a heavy-duty rotisserie kit for effortless roasting. The charcoal side features a 26,000 BTU charcoal igniter, an adjustable charcoal/wood feed door, and a slide-out ashtray for complete fire control. Fire Magic's Diamond Sear cooking grids maximize heat transfer and contact points for restaurant-grade searing across all 828 square inches.
