High - Rise Fire Tower Rectangle Stainless Steel Fire Pit Table | TOP
Overview
The Outdoor Plus High-Rise Fire Tower turns flame into architecture — a 72-inch stainless steel column of fire that lines a driveway, frames an entry, or gives a resort courtyard its night-time identity. It is one of the few fire features that works in multiples: a pair flanking a path is unforgettable.
Why we carry it: most fire features sit low; the High-Rise puts light at eye level. For hospitality projects and dramatic residential entries there is simply nothing else like it in the TOP line.

Sizing & Placement
Each tower stands 72 inches tall on a 28- or 42-inch base. Because the flame rides high, wind exposure matters more than with a table — favor positions with some shelter, and keep generous overhead clearance (no pergolas or low branches above the tower).
Plan roughly 5–7 feet of open circulation space around the table so seating and walkways stay comfortable, and always confirm clearances to structures and combustibles in the manufacturer's manual and your local code before the gas line is run. If you are working with a contractor, send them the spec table above — it has everything they need.
Configuration Options
Customize your High - Rise Fire Tower with these options:
- Fuel Type: Natural Gas, Propane
- Ignition: Match Lit, Electronic - 110V Plug and Play, Electronic - Low Voltage Ignition
- Base Size: 42", 28"
Frequently Asked Questions
- Natural gas or propane — which should I choose? Natural gas requires a fixed gas line run by a licensed installer, but never runs out mid-evening and costs less to operate. Propane works with a standard tank and needs no trenching — the right call when the table sits away from the house.
- What is the difference between match lit and electronic ignition? Match lit is the simple, reliable classic — open the valve and light. Electronic ignition starts the flame at the push of a button or switch and can integrate with home automation; it adds cost but most clients consider it worth it on a centerpiece table.
- Can it stay outside year-round? Yes — the materials are outdoor-rated. We still recommend a fitted cover in the off-season to keep the burner and media clean and extend the life of the finish.
- Which base size should I choose? The 42″ base gives the tower more visual weight and stability for open settings; the 28″ base suits tighter walkways and paired installations.

What Our Customers Say
Frequently asked questions
Wood, gas, or propane — which fire pit is right for me?
Wood-burning fire pits give the most authentic crackle and smoke smell — but require seasoned firewood and produce ash. Natural gas fire pits run from a fixed gas line for unlimited burn time, instant on/off, no ash — require a gas plumber for install. Propane (LP) fire pits use a refillable tank, fully portable, also instant on/off — tank lasts roughly 8–14 hours on average use.
Where can I install a fire pit?
Most fire pits are designed for outdoor use only — on a non-combustible surface (stone patio, concrete, gravel, or fire-rated paver). Maintain at least 10 feet of clearance from buildings, fences, overhangs, and combustible vegetation. Check local fire ordinances; some HOAs and municipalities restrict open flame outdoors. Never use indoors — CO and combustion byproducts make this unsafe.
Can I use a fire pit on my wood deck?
Only with a fire-rated heat shield mat underneath and a unit specifically rated for deck use. Many wood-burning pits should not be used on wood decks at all due to ember escape risk. Gas and propane pits with sealed bottoms and proper heat shields are safer for decks — but always check the manufacturer's clearance requirements and your local code.
How long does a propane tank last?
A standard 20 lb propane tank typically powers a fire pit for 8–14 hours at full output, depending on the BTU rating of the burner. At lower flame settings, you can stretch this to 16+ hours. To extend tank life: lower the flame, use a wind guard to reduce gas waste, and turn off when not actively in use.
Free shipping and warranty?
Free freight shipping on all fire pits within the contiguous US. Most fire pits carry a 1–5 year manufacturer warranty (varies by model — full warranty terms on each product page). 30-day return window on unused units. White-glove delivery on heavier models.
