Summerset 32" Countertop Hybrid Gas & Wood-Fired Outdoor Pizza Oven

Master every cook with the Summerset 32" Countertop Hybrid Pizza Oven — a true dual-fuel outdoor oven that lets you fire with gas, wood, or both at once. Reach searing temperatures up to 932°F for blistered Neapolitan crusts, then dial it back for slow-roasted meats, seared seafood, and fresh-baked bread. The 390 sq. in. cordierite stone hearth stores and radiates heat evenly for edge-to-edge results.

Built from heavy-duty #443 stainless steel and backed by Summerset's Gold Standard Lifetime Warranty, this commercial-grade oven is engineered for years of outdoor use. The integrated stainless wood rack with ash catch, 18" stainless chimney with damper, and digital thermometer with dual meat probes give you total control over airflow, temperature, and timing.
