Made for everyday cooking
- The flat cooking surface keeps smaller foods out of gaps between grill grates.
- 27000 BTU total output across 3 stainless steel burners.
- A removable, dishwasher-safe grease tray makes cleanup easier.
- Thermocouple safety valves shut off the gas if a burner flame goes out.

Select natural gas or propane to match your gas supply. The opposite-fuel orifices are included for conversion by a qualified installer. The lid, cart and insulating liner are sold separately.

Is the lid included?
The lid, cart and insulating liner are sold separately. Choose the matching accessories for your model.
What opening does this griddle require?
The griddle opening is 40-1/2 inches wide, 16-3/4 inches deep and 5-3/4 inches high in a noncombustible cabinet. A liner needs its own larger opening. Check the complete cutout sheet and manual before construction.
Which fuel type should I choose?
Select natural gas or propane to match your supply. Opposite-fuel orifices are included, but conversion should be completed by a qualified installer.
