Designed for outdoor cooking
A heat-zone separator supports two cooking temperatures. A removable stainless steel lid and large drip tray help with storage and cleanup.

Select the factory natural-gas or propane configuration that matches your supply. This listing includes the built-in griddle head. The island, cart, protective cover, insulating liner and optional accessories are sold separately.

The appliance opening is 28.25 × 21.875 × 10.75 inches (width × depth × height) for a noncombustible enclosure. This is the cutout, not the overall appliance size. A required insulating liner uses a different opening. Confirm all clearances, ventilation and utility connections in the manufacturer documents before construction.
