• A removable, dishwasher-safe grease tray makes cleanup easier.
• Thermocouple safety valves shut off the gas if a burner flame goes out.
• Illuminated controls and halogen lighting help you see the cooking area as daylight fades. The included transformer requires a power connection; follow the electrical requirements in the owner’s manual.

What opening does this griddle require?

The griddle opening is 28-3/4 inches wide, 16-3/4 inches deep and 5-3/4 inches high in a noncombustible cabinet. A liner needs its own larger opening. Check the complete cutout sheet and manual before construction.

Which fuel type should I choose?

Select natural gas or propane to match your supply. Opposite-fuel orifices are included, but conversion should be completed by a qualified installer.
