How to size & measure your fireplace

Before ordering, measure your firebox front width, rear width, depth, and height. Compare all four measurements with the minimum fireplace dimensions for the selected burner and controls. This vented set requires a functioning chimney with an operable damper to draw properly.

Natural gas or propane? Both are available; select your fuel when ordering for a factory-correct configuration.

Do I need a working chimney? Yes. Vented logs vent up the flue, so a functioning chimney and damper are required.

What ignition options are there? Match-Light, Manual Safety Pilot, and Electronic remote systems are all available.

Real Fyre manufacturer warranty. Indoor refractory logs have lifetime coverage for the original owner; indoor fiber-ceramic blend logs have 5 years. Indoor burners are covered for 10 years, excluding controls.

Vented SPK-26 controls have 3 years and APK-17 controls have 2 years. Other valves, pilots and controls have 1 year, excluding batteries. Outdoor logs have 3 years and outdoor stainless-steel burners have 5 years.

Coverage requires proof of purchase, qualified installation and use under the manual’s conditions. Labor is excluded unless a separate written program applies. Read the vented warranty or vent-free warranty for the components you choose.
